Hackquire™ WAQs.

Hackquire™ book welcomes questions from all. Our WAQs page (Weirdly Asked Questions) is a series of WAQs that we have considered and sometimes thought about, and were asked by some of you. Some WAQs have inspired us to take a break and almost do a version of MythBusters for the question to get to the bottom of it, like using the book as a chopping board or bowling pins. If you have some WAQs, don’t hold back in getting in contact or even showing us your own usage scenarios you have for the book apart from just the core purpose of being the book of gray-area work hacks. Learn more about the reviews here and the FAQs here.

1. Brilliant Booster.

Question:

“Can this book be used as a seat booster in my car?”

Answer:

Yes, it can. The paperback version features Bend Boost Design, allowing it to bend and mold into a more suitable shape for your comfort. This design was tested by a friend on a train journey, who found it effective for elevating their seat and improving visibility down the train. But check local regulations before doing do.

2. Bag Book.

Question:

“Does this book fit in my bag?”

Answer:

Yes. The Hackquire™ book easily fits into any bag. Its Random Stuff Protection™ can withstand keys, snacks, lipstick, loose change, and more. Random Stuff Protection™ combines Flexifantastic™ and Nanofibroflex™ ensuring your book stays safe and ready. These materials work very well for safety pins and wet wipes.

3. Blending Book.

Question:

“Will this book blend?”

Answer:

100%. The materials used are recycled. When combined with a touch of soy milk and some other stuff, it can blend into quite a horrible smoothie that won’t taste good. However, the paste can help form a mini castle wall that you can paint to look pretty real when filmed with a probe lens.

4. Book Bowling.

Question:

"Can this book be used as bowling pins?"

Answer:

Strike! This book, especially the hardback+ version, will be great as a temporary set of bowling pins. If you’re aiming for a Badger, Brooklyn Strike, Grandma’s Teeth, Sparrow, or a turkey, this can help. Yes, Grandma's Teeth is a real thing in bowling. We checked; it’s a 4-7-9-10 split or any "big five" split combination.

5. Chopping Board/Bored.

Question:

“Can this book work to chop red onions?”

Answer:

Yes, theoretically, but not practically. The hardback version is sturdy enough to handle chopping red onions. However, the liquid substance from onions, which consists of water, hydrogen sulfide and more does not mix well with ink. It’s better to seek professional advice before using it as a chopping board or perhaps try with a lettuce.

6. Dam Book.

Question:

“Does this book work as a dam for tiny streams?”

Answer:

No, not at all. This book is very good at being a dam for a tiny stream but only for a short period as the book gets soaked. It works better as stilts—buy ten of them, tape five on each foot depending on the depth of the stream, tie some string, and waddle across. Please read the books before recycling them.

7. Noise Blocker.

Question:

“Can this book block out annoying work vibes?”

Answer:

Yes, this book is designed with features inspired by noise-cancelling technology. It includes sections and hacks aimed at reducing distractions and creating a focused work environment. By using the practical tips and strategies in the book, you can effectively block out annoying work vibes and enhance your productivity.

8. Paddle Book.

Question:

“Can this book work for paddle tennis?”

Answer:

Yes, if you are using a diamond shape, round or teardrop shape paddle racket, it can be a good stand-in. Also, as the book operates superbly in average balance, high balance, or low balance degrees of stability for your paddle racket, you might find you prefer the book in the future.

9. Skatebook or Skateboard.

Question:

“Does this book work as a skateboard?”

Answer:

Maybe. We tried it with KRUX trucks, and the book performed weirdly. However, when the book launches, you're welcome to try it out with different skateboard trucks (other brands are available). Pro tip: use 3M VHB to attach the trucks; other adhesive brands are available too. FYI, no shade on KRUX trucks.

10. WIFI-Booster Book.

Question:

"Does this book boost Wi-Fi in my house?"

Answer:

Yes. The hardback and paperback versions are very dense with gray-area work hacks, but to boost Wi-Fi they can also play a role. Perhaps try wrapping the book in tin foil and directing it to the place you want the reception to go. Don’t waste the tin foil; keep it to make tiny figures or wrap up your next meal for work.

11. Protect Against Orion.

Question:

“Does the Hackquire™ book work with VR glasses?”

Answer:

Yes, it works very well. Actually, spoiler alert: we have a patented system called DAFUQ™: Dynamic Array for Fast User Queries. If you decide to buy the Orion VR inception glasses from "Better with Meta," you will be able to read our book with any of your eyeballs, in either your right hand or left hand, and it is also gravity-ready.

12. Making The Contact.

Question:

“Can the Hackquire™ book be used as a Ouija Board?”

Answer:

No, it can’t do that. However, it can protect against Gossip Goblins. If you’re looking to connect with other dimensions, we suggest trying a Herbal Tea or having your future read by “specialists” skilled in Tea Thieves. Or, you might try the Spirit and Witch Board Simulator—it has plenty of downloads, so it must be legit!

13. New Book Couture.

Question:

“Can the book be a wearible fashion item?”

Answer:

Yes, the Hackquire book is a world’s first in wearable literature. You can tuck it into the leg of your sweatpants, place it in your bag or cargo shorts, and it nearly fits under wide-brimmed hats, oversized fedoras, and large bucket hats. It features our world’s first Never Ending Kinetic Battery Tech™, so it never needs to be charged when you walk about.

14. Party Mode Book.

Question:

“Can the book be used for parties?”

Answer:

Yes, even for New Year's Eve. Before going out, it’s great for propping up a speaker. While out, the hardback works as a tripod or phone stand for selfies or "bookies"—a handy "bookpod." If you're hosting online, its Non-Fiction Gigabook Brain-Upload and Hack-Download speeds keep you connected.

15. Livre Pour le Petit-Déjeuner.

Question:

“Quel petit-déjeuner est le meilleur à prendre avec le livre Hackquire™?” (English)

Answer:

(English)

16. Smelling The Book.

Question:

“What are the smells of the Hackquire™ book?”

Answer:

The book smells of toluene or ethylbenzene, which are sweet; benzaldehyde or furfural, which are almond-like; vanillin, like vanilla; and 2-ethylhexanol, with a "slightly floral" note. Or, you might say it smells like work, wisdom, and gray-area acts—a mix of your favorite food and scent, though not at the same time.
